The current guild system is rather inconvenient and unfair. Guilds shouldn't have to be re-made just to change over to another guildmaster. No one likes being ina guild where the leader vanishes without a trace, or for no reason. Especially if there is no set up like SWTOR Pass it on before you leave, a guild deserves an active leadership, and yes life does happen, set your guild up in a way that with or with out you being there if can carry on successfully

You need to offer or focus on something unique from other guilds in order to attract players. Whether that be Endgame PVE, World PVP, Ranked Warzones, Levelling, Crafting, or even just Social.
